Pakistan, Turkey to enhance bilateral ties

Pakistan and Turkey are pleased with the alignment of their perspectives on significant regional and global matters. This consensus was reached during a meeting between Foreign Minister Jalil Abass Jilani and Turkish Ambassador Dr. Mehmet Paçaci in Islamabad last Friday.
During the meeting, both parties reviewed the existing ties between Pakistan and Turkey, which have historically been characterized by cooperation and mutual understanding.
Furthermore, they reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening their cooperation in various areas of mutual interest. This commitment signifies the intent to deepen their partnership, encompassing economic, political, and diplomatic spheres.
