Babar Azam states Pakistan has advantage against India

Addressing a press conference in Kandy, Pakistan skipper Babar Azam stated, "The Men in Green have a significant advantage over India due to the home advantage we enjoy in Sri Lanka, where we've been playing a lot of cricket recently."

It's worth noting that Pakistan is well-acquainted with Sri Lankan conditions, having played cricket in the island country for more than two months. They had Test series against the Sri Lankan team, followed by an ODI series against Afghanistan, and some players even participated in the Lanka Premier League (LPL) there.

Babar emphasized, "We don't feel pressure; instead, we have the winning momentum, and we intend to maintain it." He expressed that the Pakistan-India match is eagerly anticipated worldwide, saying, "The whole world eagerly awaits this match, and we are hopeful it will be a great one."

The skipper also mentioned their focus on fielding the best playing XI and performing well in this continental cricketing event. Regarding the team's performance, Babar mentioned, "We faced some challenges with the middle order, but it has responded positively."

A blockbuster clash between these cricketing giants is set to captivate the world, with a large number of spectators converging on the host city, Kandy, to witness the match.
