President Arif Alvi receives Court Notice

President of Pakistan, Arif Alvi, has once again issued notices in the case related to the Karachi Insaaf House rent dispute, including other individuals. According to details, due to the lawyers' strike in the City Court, the hearing of the case regarding the Karachi Insaaf House rent dispute could not take place.
However, the court has reissued notices to President of Pakistan Arif Alvi, Imran Ismail, and others. Lawyers from the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) appeared in court. PTI lawyers stated that they have not received any notices so far, and no instructions have been received from the party.
Among the respondents, Arif Alvi is the President of Pakistan, Naeem-ul-Haq has passed away, and Imran Ismail has dissociated from the party. The court has sought a response from the parties by October 10.
A private company's representatives have filed the claim. The petitioner claims that PTI has not paid rent for the past 12 years.
