Police Station attacked in occupied Kashmir with grenades and gunfires from multiple directions

SRINAGAR - A police station has been attacked in the occupied Kashmir.

One policeman succumbed to injury in a attack in Occupied Jammu and Kashmir's Shopian district Sunday, reports ANI.

On Sunday, group of militants opened indicriminate fire on a police station in Shopian. Police constable Saqib Mir was critically injured and he was rushed to the hospital. However, he couldn't be saved by the doctors.

According to reports, militants opened fire from multiple directions, thus making it difficult for cops. The militants also attacked with grenades targetting the security men.

They have fled with service rifles. Currently cordon and search operation is underway.
