ISLAMABAD - Pakistan’s all-rounder Mohammad Hafeez finally gets a good news from the Pakistan Cricket Board.

He has been called up to the 17-member squad for the two-Test series against Australia in UAE. Hafeez will move to Dubai from the first available flight.

The chief selector of Pakistan cricket team Inzamam ul Haq on Monday decided to include Hafeez in the squad.

“The national selection committee and team management have decided to include Hafeez for two-match Test series against Australia,” said PCB spokesperson.

The 37-year-old batsman returned to domestic cricket since he was dropped.

The veteran all-rounder last played test cricket in 2016. He was also the part of Pakistan’s squad against Zimbabwe but refused to play in place of the in-form openers during the tour.
