SC rejects petition for appointment of permanent IGP Islamabad.

The Supreme Court has rejected government's petition for the appointment of a permanent Inspector General Islamabad.
The plea was rejected during hearing of IG Islamabad suspension case by a three-member bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar in Islamabad today.
The court asked the Attorney General that the government can give additional charge to any officer on temporary basis till the matter is decided.
