RAWALPINDI (APP): Major Imran of Pakistan Army embraced shahadat while six soldiers sustained severe injuries in an IED blast in South Waziristan Agency on Tuesday.

"An officer, Major Imran embraced shahadat due to an IED blast during a cordon and search operation in Wana of South Waziristan Agency," an Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) news release stated.
The blast also caused severe injuries to six soldiers, who have been rushed to the hospital.
