No military solution to Afghan conflict: US

WASHINGTON:The United States has expressed hope that Taliban will join the peace process by the Afghan government as there is no military solution to the Afghan conflict.
At a briefing at the US State Department, spokesperson Heather Nauert said the United States is enthusiastic about the Kabul Peace Process Conference, which is an Afghan-led, Afghan-owned initiative for peace.APP/AFP
