Power Minister, Chinese envoy discuss energy projects

ISLAMABAD-Chinese Ambassador Yao Jing called on Minister for Power Omar Ayub Khan in Islamabad on Wednesday.
They discussed bilateral relations and energy projects being completed under China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said Kohala Hydropower Project under CPEC framework is a milestone in power sector of the country.
The Chinese Ambassador said energy projects under CPEC are vital for provision of electricity in Pakistan.
