Govt taking steps for utilization of natural resources of KP: CM

ISLAMABAD-Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mahmood Khan says Dhok Hussain Gas Field in district Kohat has been connected with Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Ltd.
In a statement in Peshawar, the Chief Minister said the provincial government will get more than one billion rupees royalty from this field.
He said a handsome amount of the royalty will be spent on the development of this area which will usher a new era of development and prosperity in district Kohat.
Mahmood Khan said the provincial government is taking solid steps for utilization of natural resources and strengthening the economy of the province.
Meanwhile, he directed completing development projects in tribal districts according to its time lines.
The Chief Minister was informed that work on rescue stations in tribal districts costing two point four billion rupees is in progress.
