Why Supreme Court has removed Siddiqul Farooq as ETPB chairman

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court Wednesday ordered removal of Siddiqul Farooq from his post of Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) Chairman.
A three-member bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar ordered the federal government to remove him from the post and appoint an apolitical person.
Hearing a suo moto notice case on the Katas Raj Tample, the chief justice showed his amazement how a man could run an organisation after the completion of his term.
