PDMA starts constructing Model Disaster Unit in district Buner

The Provincial Disaster Management Authority has started constructing Model Disaster Unit in district Buner.
According to a spokesman of PDMA, the unit is being established with financial assistance of Swiss government.
It would be completed at a cost of thirty-two million rupees.
The unit would respond to disasters and create awareness among locals how to tackle the emergencies and natural calamities.
Such Unit will also be established in other districts of the province.
