PTI musters support of required number of MPAs to form govt in Punjab

ISLAMABAD: Another two independent lawmakers-elect of Punjab Assembly Malik Omar Farooq and Shaukat Lalika joined PTI today.
PTI leader Jahangir Tareen welcomed them in the party while talking to newsmen at Bani Gala in Islamabad this afternoon.
Jahangir Tareen said eighteen members, who were elected as independent candidates, have so far joined PTI in Punjab. He said the party has acquired the required tally for forming government there.
He said at the Center, five members of the National Assembly elected as independent candidates have announced their support for PTI.
To a question, Jahangir Tareen said PTI Chairman Imran Khan will decide about the names of chief ministers of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab.
