Jamaat Islaami chief visits injured Kashmiris in Srinagar hospitals

ISLAMABAD (APP): A delegation of Jamaat-e-Islami led by its President Ghulam Muhammad Butt, and Secretary General Ghulam Qadir Lone visited SMHS hospital where they inquired after the health of those injured during the ongoing Kashmir Intifada.
Ghulam Muhammad Butt expressed his displeasure over the brutality of Indian armed forces committed on innocent, peaceful and unarmed youths who basically are demanding their fundamental Right to Self Determination," a statement issued by the party said this,KMS reported.
"India is targeting our youths in a planned manner and damaging our youth eyes and other vital parts of body which should be a grave concern for all human rights bodies," he said.
Pertinently, Jamaat-e-Islami has started its relief work in different hospitals of Srinagar.
Meanwhile, another delegation of Jamaat led by Advocate Zahid Ali participated in a congregation which was organized by several religious and pro-freedom organizations at Karimabad Pulwama where Zahid Ali Advocate addressed the congregation and paid glowing tributes to all martyrs and expressed sympathy with
their families", the statement said.
