Two Indian Army soldiers killed, several other injured in occupied Kashmir

SRINAGAR - Two Indian Army jawans were killed in different encounters at Dragad and Kachdora villages in occupied Jammu and Kashmir's Shopian district.

One civilian, owner of the house when the militants were hiding, also died in the crossfire between militants and Army.

While two encounters were over, one is still underway.

"Encounters at two places has concluded and undergoing at one place.

"We caught one militant alive and one was killed, in Anantnag. Two army jawans lost their lives in the ongoing operation.

Few J&K police, CRPF, and Army personnel have suffered injuries," he added.
