PM Announces Rs 200 Million For Children's Eye Hospital

ISLAMABAD:Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has said Al-Shifa Trust Eye Hospital is a quality institution in health sector, which is serving the people with dedication.
Addressing the 27th annual day of Al-Shifa Trust Eye Hospital in Rawalpindi, he said Lt. Gen (Retd) Jahandad Khan, the founder of Al-Shifa Trust Eye Hospital, had established the hospital with a lot of dedication and his services will always be remembered.
He said that Lt. Gen (Retd) Jahandad Khan had a passion to bring people from darkness to the light.
He said that the hospital is an institution of repute in health sector in Pakistan, which opened its branches in other cities as well.
He said that millions of people have benefitted from the services provided by the hospital.
The Prime Minister acknowledged contribution of expatriate Pakistanis in making Al-Shifa Trust Eye Hospital a quality hospital.
Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi als announced a donation of 200 million rupees for the children's eye hospital.
