FIR registered in Peshawar against member of Afghan Parliament over allegation of local dancer rape

PESHAWAR: Afghan Parliament member Sher Ali is wanted by Peshawar Police in a rape case of local dancer. The case has been filed against him over the complaint of dancer.
As per details, a case of raping an 18-year-old dancer has been registered here at Hayatabad Police Station after that Police has started action for the arrest of accused.
According to SP Hayatabad, Police conducted raid here at his residence in Peshawar today but accused was not present in his residence however, security guard and driver have been arrested during raid and investigation is underway from them.
According to Police, accused card of Afghan Parliament was also recovered from his residence while local dancer has been discharged from a local hospital after medical treatment.
The victim dancer claimed that she was invited by an Afghan resident to perform at his residence in a party but the accused forcibly took her to room and subjected her to rape.
SP Hayatabad said that raids are being conducted by police to arrest the accused.
