PM Nawaz Sharif to leave for China today to attend Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit.

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will leave for China today to attend the 14th Shanghai Cooperation Summit. The most important point on the agenda of the SCO summit will be to promote regional cooperation and enhance linkages. As per details, matters related to transport and people contact will also be discussed in summit. Russia vice Foreign Minister Egor said that the capability of SCO will increase after the participation of India and Pakistan. He further explained that the process of participation consist of many steps. Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, Federal Minister for Planning Ahsan Iqbal, Prime Minister’s Special adviser Tariq Fatemi and other top officials are also accompanying him.
