North Korea has plutonium for 10 nuclear bombs: S. Korea

South Korea has claimed that North Korea now has enough plutonium to make ten nuclear bombs.
Defence Ministry in a white paper issued in Seoul said the North is believed to have some 50 kilogrammes of weapons-grade plutonium.
The white paper said Pyongyang also has a considerable ability to produce weapons based on highly-enriched uranium.
