ISLAMABAD – Indian Muslim Actor Salman Khan faces death threats and hissecurity has been put on high alert, Indian media has reported.
Salman Khan is all set for his court hearing on blackbuck poaching case onSeptember 27, was threatened on Facebook. The Bollywood actor receivedthreat on the Facebook page of Student Organisation of Punjab University(Sopu).
A user named Garry Shooter shared a crossed-over image of Salman Khanlink on Facebook ahead of the bailhearing on blackbuck poaching case. He posted, “Salman, think, you can saveyourself from Indian law, however, Vishnoi Samaj and Sopu Party hasannounced death sentence for you. You are an accused in Sopu’s court.Salaam sahid da nu; Respect girls; Save animals; Avoid drugs & help poors;Sukha kahlon Garry”

The police too is on high alert after the open death threat. Confirming thesame, DCP Dharmendra Yadav told IANS, “The police are on alert. We alsogave proper security to the celebrity when he came here for hearingpreviously. An investigation has been initiated.”
