ISLAMABAD – Pakistan China have expanded scope of CPEC mega project withlaunch of phase two across the country focusing on socio economicdevelopment.
Secretary Planning and Development Zafar Hasan has said the scope of CPEChas been expanded with a focus on industrial and agriculture cooperation,socio economic development, trade and market access.
He was chairing a meeting of the Senior Civil Officers of 111th NationalManagement Course in Islamabad on Monday.
The Secretary said that the CPEC has now entered into a phase whererepresentation from the private sector will accelerate the pace ofindustrialization.

He said the government officials should work hard for public welfare. Hesaid the officers should ensure discipline to achieve the goals of nationalbuilding.
He said being backbone of the state, bureaucracy has an immenseresponsibility to deliver and come up to the expectations of the nation.
