ISLAMABAD – Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Asif Saeed Khan KhosaFriday constituted a new full bench to hear petitions challenging thepresidential reference filed against Justice Qazi Faez Isa.The 10-member larger bench would be headed by Justice Umar Ata Bandial andit is comprised Justice Maqbool Baqar, Justice Manzoor Malik, JusticeFaisal Arab, Justice Mazhar Alam Miankhel, Justice Sajjad Ali Shah, JusticeMansoor Ali shah, Justice Muneeb Akhter, Justice Yahya Afridi, and JusticeQazi Ahmed Amin.
