LAHORE – Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar holds emergency meeting atLahore Airport upon return from Umrah.
Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar expressed his annoyance over the policeperformance in the Kasur incident where three minor boys were raped tobrutal death.
He was angry over murder of three minors in Chunian and ordered theauthorities to arrest the suspects as soon as possible. The chief ministerreturned to Lahore after performing Umrah and summoned an emergency meetingat the airport. Punjab Inspector General Police (IGP) Arif Nawaz Khanbriefed the session on development made in the case.
The meeting was attended by provincial ministers, chief secretary,additional chief secretary, additional chief secretary (home), IGP,principal secretary to CM, information secretary and other officials.

Usman Buzdar rebuked the authorities while stating that such incidentsoccur due to the ineligibility of police which did not ensure timelyrelease of the abducted children by not adopting latest ways ofinterrogation.
