ISLAMABAD -Pakistan Navy warship held joint drills with the middle easterncountry Naval warships, Pakistan Navy has revealed.
Pakistan Navy warship PNS Alamgir was docked at Oman’s Port of Salalah.
According to spokesperson for Pakistan Navy , Commanding Officer PNS Alamirheld meetings with Southern Naval Commander and Deputy Commander 11Infantry.
Matters pertaining to mutual interest, including maritime cooperationbetween the two countries, were discussed in the meeting.
Joint exercise was also carried out between PNS Alamagir and Oman Navy’sship. Later, PNS Alamgir, which had been deployed for regional maritimesecurity patrol in the Arabian Sea, resumed its patrolling activities.
The spokesperson said the visit would help strengthen relationship betweennavies of the two countries.
