ISLAMABAD – Pakistan yet again makes major demand from India over OccupiedKashmir lockdown as the curfew in valley enters 39th consecutive day.
Pakistan on Thursday asked India to lift the curfew immediately in theIndian Occupied Kashmir (IoK).
In a weekly press briefing on Thursday, Foreign Office (FO) spokesperson DrMuhammad Faisal expressed serious concerns over human rights’ violations.He informed that Indian barbarism is continued in the occupied valley andthree Kashmiris martyred as Indian troops used pellet guns, teargas andcanes to disperse demonstrators in IoK.
The FO spokesperson said that stringent curfew has been imposed for 39thconsecutive day today. He demanded form the Indian government to lift thecurfew, respect International Law and permit international human rightsorganisations to visit the Himalayan region.
Dr Muhammad Faisal said that Pakistan will raise voice for rights ofKashmiris at every forum till their independence and self-determinationrights. He explained that Pakistan drew urgent attention of the HumanRights Council and human rights mechanisms towards worsening human rightsand humanitarian situation in IoK.
