Pakistan FM Qureshi takes yet another international initiative against India over Occupied Kashmir

ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi takes yetanother international initiative against India over Occupied Kashmir.

Foreign Minister (FM) Shah Mehmood Qureshi has asked the World HealthOrganization (WHO) to immediately take steps for saving lives of innocentKashmiris.

FM Qureshi met with WHO Director General Dr Tedros on the sidelines of UNHuman Rights Council meeting in Geneva. The minister apprised the WHOdirector general that food and medicines are not available to people inIndian Occupied Kashmir (IoK) due to imposition of curfew there by Indiasince 5th of the last month.

Shah Mehmood Qureshi said the medical staff is facing great difficulties toprovide medical facilities to pregnant women, children and elderly people.He further elaborated that said the grave situation in IoK is indicatingemergence of a new humanitarian crisis.

The minister will address in Geneva during the 42nd session of the UN HumanRights Council.
