KARACHI – Rich tributes were paid to the great visionary and reformer ofsubcontinent Sir Syed Ahmed Khan on his 202nd birth anniversary observedunder the aegis of Aligarhlink Muslimlink University Old Boys’Association (AMUOBA) and Sir Syed University of Engineering & Technologylink (SSUET) at thecampus here.
Speaking on the occasion, chief guest, Justice Haziqul Khairi said that SirSyed Ahmed Khan had a futuristic approach and for the better future ofMuslims link, heinitiated education link movement andestablished a chain of academic institutes,said a statement on Monday.
Sir Syed focused on getting scientific educationlink and paved the wayfor an independent state for Muslimslink of South Asialink, he added.
