*NEW DELHI – **Islamic scholar Zakir Naik hits back hard against IndianNational Investigation Agency over terrorism charges against him.*
Zakir Naik has accused the National Investigating Agency (NIA) of trying tofalsely implicate him in terrorism-related cases and said that the agencyhas failed to gather any evidence to prove his involvement in anti-Indiaactivities in past three years.
”It’s unfortunate that the NIA, having spent over 3 years investigatingme, has been publicly making claims connecting me to terrorism withouthaving in possession a single shred of evidence to support it,” Naik saidin a statement, according to news agency ANI.
