Indian activists group strongly denounce Indian government over Occupied Kashmir revocation

NEW DELHI – A group of Indian activists have strongly denounced Indiangovernment`s decision of revocation of Kashmir`s special status.

The group including scholars and lawyers who visited the territory lastweek say Kashmiris want freedom and not a single person in the territory ishappy with the Modi government`s decision.

They appreciated the peaceful manner in which Kashmiri people are carryingon their resistance and freedom movement.

Criticizing the Indian government`s muscular approach towards Kashmir, theactivists expressed serious concerns over the mental health implicationsfor the Kashmiri people due to the brutal clampdown.

They also distributed pamphlets in Delhi titled ‘Kashmiris Are in Pain, andThe Rest of the Country is Celebrating’.
