ISLAMABAD – International money transfer company MoneyGram has launched anew bank deposit service in Pakistan.
The agreement to this effect was signed in London today between Chairmanand CEO of MoneyGram Alex Holmes and CEO of BankAlfalah Bilal Asghar.
The service will allow customers to send money to any bank account inPakistan.
The signing ceremony was presided over by Spokesperson of Prime Minister onTrade and Investment for UK and Europe Sahibzada Jahangir.

Speaking on the occasion, he said Pakistan is a key market that ispositioned for growth, especially in terms of receiving remittances.
He said this initiative is in line with Prime Minister Imran Khan’spolicies to eliminate money laundering and facilitate the overseasPakistanis in remitting their hard earned remittances back to Pakistan.
