ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan to go for shuttle diplomacybetween two regional arch rivals.
Prime Minister Imran Khan will embark upon the visit to Saudi Arabia onOctober 13. According to media reports, the premier is also expected tovisit Iran this month as the role of PM Imran as an international mediatorfor the establishment of regional peace is gaining importance.
Prime Minister Imran Khan is also expected to visit Saudi Arabia again onOctober 29 to participate in the three-day Future Investment InitiativeConference (FIIC) to be held in Riyadh.
Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has invited PM Imran to attendFuture Investment Initiative Conference.
The Saudi government had also invited Indian premier Narendra Modi in theupcoming event.
Earlier, Prime Minister Imran Khan has left for Islamabad after concludinghis two-day official visit to China.
He was seen off by Chinese Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs Luo Zhaohui,Ambassador of China to Pakistan Yao Jing and Ambassador of Pakistan toChina Naghmana Hashmi.
