LAHORE – Maryam Nawaz breaks silence over Mobile Phone controversy insidethe Jail.Maryam Nawaz on Wednesday stated that no mobile phone wasrecovered from her by the jail authorities. Replying to a question, MaryamNawaz added that even jail authorities have rejected reports of recovery ofmobile phone.
The reporter inquired, “A govt minister is making claims of recovery ofmobile phone from you [Maryam Nawaz]?”
To this Maryam replied, “His statement has been proven wrong. The denialhas come from jail authorities, not from mine. Nothing like this hadhappened. I’ve read denial of IG in the newspaper.”
