ISLAMABAD – Pakistani crime-thriller film, Laal Kabootar has added yetanother feather to its cap as it has won the Best Feature Film Award atTasveer South Asian Film Festival.
This is not the first international award for this feature film as itsactor Ahmed Ali Akbar had earlier won the Best Actor award at theWashington DC South Asian Film Festival.
The film was also selected as Pakistan’s official entry for the famousOscars. The Academy will choose the final nominees for all award categoriesin December.
The film directed by Kamal Khan, also stars Mansha Pasha in the lead role.After its release in March, it was widely praised by critics.
