Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that Kashmir is not a matter of land,but human rights. Addressing a ceremony after inaugurating KartarpurCorridor on Saturday, he said that the sub-continent can make progress ifthe Kahsmir issue is resolved.
“The Kashmir issue has crossed the regional limits. It has become an issueof human rights. Kashmiris have been deprived of human rights,” he said.
The prime minister said that the Kashmir dispute can be resolved throughtalks.
“Indian PM Narendra Modi had talked about ending poverty. Former PMManmohan Singh has said that the sub-continent could make progress if theKashmir dispute is resolved,” he said.
