ISLAMABAD – Big changes likely in Pakistan squad for the third and last T20International against Australia.

Australia went 1-0 up in the three match series, doubting the selection ofstruggling opener Fakhar Zaman and middle order batsman Asif Ali further inseries.

As Cricket Pakistan reported, the team management has begun the process ofanalysing the shortcomings of the side and is likely to make two changesfor the final showdown against Australia at Perth.

Two names, opener Imam ul Haq and hard-hitting batsman Khushdil Shah, arein consideration to replace the out of form duo (Fakhar and Asif). Finaldecision on the team’s line-up is expected to be made after the practicesession on Thursday.

Fakhar has been struggling for form in last 12 T20I outing. He only managedto score 110 runs at a miserable average of nine runs, whereas, Asifaccumulated just 331 runs at an average of 18 in 25 T20Is.

The visitors will now have one last chance to level the three-match series.
