LAHORE – New developments reported over former PM Nawaz Sharif’s health inServices Hospital Lahore.
Medical board at Services Hospital has reduced the dose of heart medicinesto ex-prime minister Nawaz Sharif due to constant fluctuation in hisplatelets count.
According to details, the doctors are continuously carrying out medicaltests of the former premier in order to remain aware about his healthcondition.
Earlier, Nawaz Sharif, who is suffering from diabetes, high blood pressure,kidney and heart diseases, took a walk on his own for the first timewithout the supervision of doctors.
Dr. Mehmood Ayaz, head of the medical board told that the erstwhilepremier’s health condition was improving gradually.
On the other hand, Nawaz Sharif’s personal physician Doctor Adnan tweetedthat his health is still critical. The treating doctors tried to reduce thesteroids dose being given to him but unfortunately resulted in drop inplatelet count again which had come down to 38*10^3/uL yesterday, he stated.
