ISLAMABAD – UN Chief makes yet another offer to India and Pakistan overOccupied Kashmir conflict.

The United Nations Secretary General, Antonio Guterres, continues to callfor the Kashmir dispute to be resolved through dialogue, saying anysolution should be rooted in the respect for human rights of the peopleliving in the Valley.

The spokesman of the Secretary General, Stéphane Dujarric at the dailypress briefing in New York said, Antonio Guterres would engage whenever hecan with Pakistan and India on the issue.
