NAB takes a strong exception to the PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari statements cum threats

ISLAMABAD: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) takes a strongexception to the PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari statements cum threats.

NAB on Tuesday responded to Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman BilawalBhutto Zardari’s statement from earlier, claiming that the bureau will takelegal action despite threats.

The PPP chairman had criticised the NAB on Monday saying parties were beingdeprived of their right to freedom and politics.*link*

“They detain without proving any of the allegations they make,” he added.The PPP leader commented on how “they [the NAB] could not bear constructivecriticism” either.

A press release from NAB said threats from the chairman of a politicalparty will not deter it from pursuing legal action.
