LAHORE – In a big Mockery of Law, Pakistani court announced bail for allarrested lawyers in PIC attack case.
Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) on Tuesday granted bail to 25 lawyers arrestedin Pakistan Institute of Cardiology (PIC) riot case.
Investigation Officer Inspector Ubaidullah presented record pertaining tocase to the ATC.
Government lawyers told the court that 25 lawyers were identified whileeight lawyers were not identified during Identity Parade. They requestedthe court to reject the bail application.

Lawyers of suspects including Maqsood Buttar, Rana Manzoor, Farhad Ali Shahand Malik Adeel Ehsan gave arguments in favor of bail plea and said thatsuspects are in police custody for 12 days and they have not been evenmedically examined yet.
Judge Arshad Hussain heard the arguments of both sides and granted bail toarrested 25 lawyers against surety bonds of Rs0.1 million each.
