KARACHI – Former Opposition leader Khursheed Shah faces another setback incase of assets beyond income.
The Sindh High Court (SHC) suspended on Monday Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP)leader Khursheed Shah’s bail in the assets beyond known source of incomecase.
The PPP leader was granted bail by an accountability court in Sukkur onDecember 17. Following the decision, the National Accountability Bureau(NAB) approached the SHC against the court’s decision. During the hearingtoday, the bench heard arguments from both sides.
The SHC then adjourned the hearing till January 16 and stated that Shah’sbail has been suspended.
