PESHAWAR – Peshawar High Court (PHC) Chief Justice Waqar Seth who wrotecontroversial judgement against Pervaiz Musharraf breaks silence overcriticism against him.
Justice Seth who awarded death penalty to former president Pervez Musharraf– has said that he doesn’t watch TV. Advocate Muazzam Butt held aninteresting dialogue with Justice Waqar Seth.
“This is really a big thing that you are still relaxed in thesecircumstances,” Muazzam Butt asked from the chief justice.
The PHC chief justice replied, “What happened with the circumstances.Everything was normal in the morning when I came to the court. Aren’t youplanning to do something?”
Justice Waqar Seth also maintained that he does not watch TV but sometimesonly watches wrestling on TV.

Earlier, the special court issued a 169-page detailed judgmentlinkinthe high treason case against former president Pervez Musharraf.
A copy of the detailed judgment was handed over to the counsel of formerpresident Pervez Musharraf.
According to the detailed judgment, Musharraf had imposed emergency andviolated the constitution on November 3, 2007. All allegations against himare proved without any doubt. Musharraf was given the right to fair trial.The accused is granted sentence for each offence.
