ISLAMABAD – South Korean Ambassador to Pakistan Kwak Sung Kyu said onFriday that the investment companies of his country were eager to invest invarious sectors of Pakistan.
Talking to Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit Baltistan Minister Ali Amin KhanGandapur In Islamabad, the envoy lauded the measures of the incumbentgovernment regarding investment and economic development.
“Pakistan has a huge potential to become one of the strongest economies ofthe world, given that it makes consistent economic policies,” he remarked.
Both sides discussed in detail bilateral relations between the twocountries with particular reference to economic and social cooperation andother issues.

Speaking on the occasion, Minister Ali Amin Khan Gandapur urged the SouthKorean companies to benefit from the lucrative investment opportunities inPakistan.
He highlighted the investment opportunities in various areas of Pakistan,particularly Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan. “Investors couldget maximum returns on investments in these areas, especially in thetourism, minerals and hydel power sectors.”
