Supreme Court orders government legislation over issue of tenure extension of Army Chief

ISLAMABAD – The Supreme Court has granted a six-month extension in ArmyChief General Qamar Javed Bajwa’s service.

In a short order today, the court ordered the government to completelegislation in this regard during this period.

A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Asif Saeed Khosaheard the case.
