Lahore: The Prime Minister’s Special Assistant on Media Affairs IftikharDurrani on Saturday lashed out at Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz and saidthat PML-N used party accounts to dispose of the looted money.
The special assistant took to Twitter and said that Pakistan MuslimLeague-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Hanif Abbasi could not prove foreign fundingallegations against PTI in the Supreme Court in 2017 either.
Iftikhar Durrani also shared the SC verdict in the aforementioned casewhich states:
“The allegation that the PTI is a foreign aided political party can underArticle 15 of the PPO be leveled only by the Federal Government for itsvalidation on a reference made to this Court.
The petitioner has no locus standi [the right to bring an action in acourt] in this behalf.”
