ISLAMABAD – US Defence Secretary breaks silence over the peace deal withAfghan Taliban.

US Defence Secretary Mark Esper says the truce agreement with Taliban thatcould lead to withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan, looks verypromising but it is not without risk.

Addressing the Munich Security Conference, he said it is time to give peacea chance in Afghanistan through political negotiation.
