ISLAMABAD – Ishaq Dar House on Auction, Islamabad High Court givesimportant verdict over the petition.
Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday has stopped the NationalAccountability Bureau (NAB) from putting former Finance Minister IshaqDar’s house on auction and directed to submit answer till February13.
The court has also issued restraining order in this regard.
It is to be mentioned here that ex-minister Ishaq Dar’s wife, TabassumIshaq Dar had challenged the decision of accountability court taken onNovember 7 to sell their house in Gulberg Lahore.
