BEIJING – Pakistan’s Ambassador to China Naghmana Hashmi has said that noPakistani national residing in China has so far been affected by thecoronavirus.
In a video message, she said Pakistan’s Embassy in China is in constanttouch with the Chinese authorities and monitoring the situation.
She said the embassy is also trying its best to remain in touch with thePakistani nationals who can contact the embassy or the consulate officialsin different parts of China at any time. She said the details of theembassy officials have been shared on Pakistan’s embassy website.

The Ambassador said that Chinese authorities are using all availableresources to check the spread of the virus. For this purpose screening isbeing done at all the important places including airports and railwaystations.
