Former Pakistan captain Mohammad Yousuf has condemned the comments madeabout discrimination regarding players from the minority in the Pakistanteam.

Let it be known that Mohammad Yousuf was a Christian and had embraced Islamin 2005. He said he grew up in a Muslim-majority neighborhood and used tovisit their homes as well.

It is pertinent here to mention that a controversy erupted after ShoaibAkhtar said in a TV program that leg-spinner Danish Kaneria facediscrimination in Pakistan team.

Former spinner Iqbal Qasim and opening batsman Mohsin Hasan Khan remarkedthat it was unfair if Danish Kaaneria was treated in such manner.
