ISLAMABAD – Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Social Protectionand Poverty Alleviation, Dr Sania Nishtar says details of the governmentemployees identified as undeserving beneficiaries of Benazir Income Supportprogramme, will be sent to their relevant departments for legal action.
In an interview with APP, she said 14,730 government employees out of total820,165 undeserving beneficiaries of Benazir Income Support programme wereidentified in a recent move to make this programme more transparent.
The Special Assistant said necessary action will also be taken against allother undeserving beneficiaries of the programme.
