PM Imran Khan strongly React over the PIA plane crash incident

ISLAMABAD – In his tweet, the prime minister said that an immediate inquiryin the crash incident will be instituted.

Imran stated that he is shocked and saddened by the PIA crash. Hemaintained, “Am in touch with PIA CEO Arshad Malik, who has left forKarachi & with the rescue & relief teams on ground as this is the priorityright now.”

At 2: 37pm on Friday, a Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flightcrashed near Karachi’s Model Colony area. The flight PK-8303 was enroutefrom Lahore to Karachi.

The plane, A320 Airbus, was scheduled to land at Jinnah InternationalAirport when it developed some technical fault. Several homes and vehicleswere also destroyed in the crash incident.

Till filing of the report, rescue operation was still underway.
